These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Voxel Design Institute Mobile Application (“App”), operated by Voxel Design Institute, Rajkot, Gujarat, India (“Institute”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the App.

1. Purpose of the App & Eligibility

1.1 Educational Use Only
The App is provided solely for academic and administrative purposes to students who are currently enrolled at Voxel Design Institute.

1.2 Eligibility
Access to the App is restricted to:

• Enrolled students
• Authorized faculty and staff
• Parents/guardians where explicitly permitted

Access may be revoked if eligibility conditions are no longer met.

2. Account Registration & Security

2.1 Login Credentials
Each student is provided with unique login credentials. You agree to:

• Keep credentials confidential and secure
• Not share access with any other individual
• Immediately notify the Institute of unauthorized access

2.2 Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. The Institute shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the App:

• Only for lawful, academic, and institute-approved purposes
• In compliance with applicable Indian laws
• In a manner that does not disrupt, damage, or misuse the App or its services

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not, directly or indirectly:

• Access or attempt to access another user’s account
• Modify, alter, manipulate, or tamper with App systems or data
• Upload, transmit, or store unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful content
• Copy, record, screen-capture, distribute, or share study materials outside the Institute
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code
• Use the App for commercial, promotional, political, or non-educational purposes

🚫 Violation of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination, without notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership
All content available through the App, including but not limited to:

• Videos, lectures, notes, designs, graphics, animations
• Course materials, assignments, assessments
• App UI/UX, branding, logos, and software

is the exclusive intellectual property of Voxel Design Institute and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws.

5.2 Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use content only for personal academic use during your enrollment.

5.3 Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or exploit any content without prior written consent. Legal action may be initiated for infringement.

6. App Availability & Technical Disclaimer

6.1 Availability
We strive to maintain reliable access; however, the App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

6.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices

6.3 User Responsibility
The Institute is not responsible for issues caused by:

• Device limitations
• Internet connectivity
• Operating system updates
• Third-party services

7. Suspension & Termination

The Institute reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate access, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice, if:

• These Terms are violated
• Academic materials are misused or shared
• Unauthorized access or manipulation is detected
• The user is no longer enrolled
• Required by law or institutional policy

Termination does not limit the Institute’s legal rights or remedies.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws, including:

• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011

By using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Voxel Design Institute shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, academic progress, or opportunity
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voxel Design Institute, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the App
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of intellectual property rights

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
